( In certain indigenous cultures only those of royal stature are allowed to wear indigo. The copper in the piece represents energy being generated, shared as well as protected. There are a number of 5s throughout the piece which represents knowing your worth and never letting anything or anyone make you feel like you deserve less than what you determine your worth to be. Nandi Bhebe ( Shaka Zulu's) mothere was impregnated out of wedlock by Senzangakhona (King of the Zulu Tribe) Nandi demanded Senzangakhona pay damages for his non-traditional act, she demanded that he pay 55 of his best cattle as payment for the damages done to her.
